Kanya Creation designs, embroiders, cuts and finishes its own dress material at Sumel Business Park 2, and runs its dyeing and printing on contracted units — our design, our shade card, our money. The lot is ours from the first metre, so what reaches you is a Kanya lot, not something picked out of a trader's bale. You buy direct from the maker — no agent margin, no middle layer, a GST invoice on every dispatch, and a minimum of 12 sets per design. Set-to-set only; we do not break a lot into single pieces.

Char kadam, phir roz ka message

Kanya Creation sirf vyapaari ko bechta hai, isliye roz ka design message sabke liye nahi hai. Poore char kadam abhi padh lijiye, phir faisla kijiye.

  1. Haan kahiye

    Ek tap. WhatsApp khulega, message likha hoga — send aap dabayenge. Abhi kuch bharna nahi hai.

  2. Card ki photo, ya chhoti jaankari

    Visiting card ki ek photo usi chat mein — ya firm ka naam, pata, mobile aur market. Ahmedabad mein kaam hai to teen reference zaroori hain — naam aur mobile; bahar se hain to koi reference nahi maangte. Form se bhi kar sakte hain.

  3. Priyank khud dekhte hain

Rates are quoted per lot, on WhatsApp, in writing. A wholesale rate moves with the fabric, the work, the size of the lot and the season, so a number printed here would be wrong for most lots. Send a design name and the current rate usually comes back the same working day, on the same thread as the photograph.

How it is made

Four steps, all of them ours

  1. Khatli hand embroidery

    Karigars work the panel on a wooden khatli frame. Zardosi, sequin and thread work is placed by hand, so the density around the neckline and border is decided per design rather than by a machine file.

  2. Machine embroidery

    For volume lots the same motif is digitised and run on multi-head machines. Stitch density is held constant across the lot, which is what keeps a 12-set minimum looking like one consistent shipment.

  3. Cutting & stitching

    Pattern layouts are cut so the print repeat lands where it should on the yoke and the dupatta pallu. Seams are reinforced at the points that fail first in retail.

  4. Dyeing & digital printing — our contracted line, our shade card

    Dyeing and high-resolution digital printing run on units contracted to us, to our design, on our shade card, paid for by us. We do not book a slot and take what comes back — we send the design, we carry the cost, and the lot is ours from the first metre. Shade cards are matched lot to lot, so a re-order does not arrive a tone away. That is why your parcel is a Kanya lot, not something picked out of a trader's bale.

Ordering

Three steps, and the first one takes a minute

We sell to the trade only, so the first step is a short registration that the owner reads himself. After that the whole thing happens in one WhatsApp thread, and that thread is also where the invoice and the LR number end up.

  1. Register, and we check you are trade

    Send your visiting card — it carries most of what we need. No card on you? Fill in the firm name, your name, mobile, city, GST number, address and the market you buy in. Three trade references, firm name and mobile, only if you already buy in the Ahmedabad market; a buyer new to Ahmedabad is asked for none. Priyank reads every application himself — usually a day or two, a little longer if he wants to ring a reference. Register as a buyer, and once he says yes the daily designs start coming.

  2. Pick the designs and get it in writing

    Choose your designs; the minimum is twelve sets of each, and mixed colours inside a design are fine. The rate, the dispatch date and the payment terms are agreed in writing on that same thread before a single piece is cut. Nothing is cut on a verbal.

  3. Ex-factory Ahmedabad, with the paperwork

    If the design is in ready stock, a repeat buyer's lot goes out the same day. A first order is dispatched once the advance is received. We pack, book it to your transporter, and send the LR or docket number back on the same thread. GST invoice on every dispatch. Your transporter's usual transit time applies once the lot leaves us.
