Why there is no rate on this page
A wholesale rate depends on the fabric, the work, the size of the lot and the season. A number that is honest for one lot is misleading for the next, and a number left on a website for six months is misleading for all of them. So we quote per lot, in writing, on WhatsApp, against a named design — and you usually get it the same working day, on the same thread as the photograph, not after a call-back and a site visit.

Quality
How to read a Kanya design card
A design card carries the photograph and the design name. Ask in the chat and you get the base fabric, the work type and the stock position — the four things that decide what the piece costs you, what season it sells in, and how fast you can re-order it. Here is what each one means on our floor.
The base fabric
The base is the single biggest thing in a dress material set, and it is why the same design can suit Ludhiana in December and Ahmedabad in May. Muslin takes khatli handwork cleanly and holds a soft handfeel, which is why most of our hand-worked lots sit on it. Crape drapes and holds digital print colour without bleeding. Chinon is light and slightly textured — the usual base under party-wear sets. Linen is the breathable summer staple and carries strong margins in the dry states. Cotton is the everyday counter-filler that repeats fastest. Shimmer is a metallic ground for occasion wear. We also run rayon, satin, upada and aaliya. The bases are printed and dyed to our designs and at our cost rather than bought in as somebody else's finished printed cloth, which is why a repeat order can be matched to the original lot instead of re-sourced.
The work
Khatli handwork is placed by karigars on a wooden frame, so the density around the neckline and the border is decided per design rather than by a machine file. Zari and thread embroidery is the same discipline in a different material. Computerised multi-needle embroidery is how a volume lot is run: the stitch density is held constant across every set, which is what keeps twelve sets looking like one shipment instead of twelve separate buys. Digital print is high-resolution printing done to our own artwork, and it is the fastest route from a new design to a packed lot.
The stock line
A design card says either “In stock” or nothing. In stock means pieces are physically on the shelf at Sumel Business Park 2. We do not publish how many, of any one design or in total — that is our own trading position, and a registered buyer is told it on WhatsApp the same way he is told a rate. If a design is not in stock we tell you that and give you a cutting date, rather than taking the order and going quiet.
Shade matching and re-orders
Shade cards are matched lot to lot, so a repeat order is cut against that lot's own shade card, not a tone away from the first one. This is the practical reason to buy from the unit that cut the original lot rather than from whoever has it on the shelf this week.
Ordering
Three steps, and the first one takes a minute
We sell to the trade only, so the first step is a short registration that the owner reads himself. After that the whole thing happens in one WhatsApp thread, and that thread is also where the invoice and the LR number end up.

Register, and we check you are trade
Send your visiting card — it carries most of what we need. No card on you? Fill in the firm name, your name, mobile, city, GST number, address and the market you buy in. Three trade references, firm name and mobile, only if you already buy in the Ahmedabad market; a buyer new to Ahmedabad is asked for none. Priyank reads every application himself — usually a day or two, a little longer if he wants to ring a reference. Register as a buyer, and once he says yes the daily designs start coming.

Pick the designs and get it in writing
Choose your designs; the minimum is twelve sets of each, and mixed colours inside a design are fine. The rate, the dispatch date and the payment terms are agreed in writing on that same thread before a single piece is cut. Nothing is cut on a verbal.

Ex-factory Ahmedabad, with the paperwork
If the design is in ready stock, a repeat buyer's lot goes out the same day. A first order is dispatched once the advance is received. We pack, book it to your transporter, and send the LR or docket number back on the same thread. GST invoice on every dispatch. Your transporter's usual transit time applies once the lot leaves us.
Questions
What buyers ask before the first order
Ten answers, so you do not have to spend three messages getting them. Anything not here, ask on the design line and it is answered in writing.
What is the minimum order?
Twelve sets per design, and a new buyer's first parcel is four designs of twelve pieces each — 48 pieces, paid online in advance. After that first parcel you order the way every other buyer does. Mixed colours inside the same design are fine, so twelve sets does not mean twelve identical pieces. We sell set-to-set and we do not break a lot into single pieces. The reason is simple: the cutting, the handwork and the shade matching are done in our own building, and twelve is the smallest run that comes out of that floor looking like one consignment.
What is the rate?
Rates are not published on this website. A wholesale rate depends on the fabric, the work, the size of the lot and the season, and a number that is true for one lot is misleading for the next. Message the design name on WhatsApp and you get the current rate in writing, usually the same working day, on the same thread as the photograph.
Is there a catalogue?
The collection is open on this site, no login. The designs themselves come by WhatsApp, and only after you have registered once — visiting card or the short form — and the owner has said yes: one message a day, nine designs. Send a design name in that chat for its fabric, stock position and rate, all in writing.
Do you sell to me? What do you need on a first order?
We supply wholesalers, distributors and retail counters. We do not sell single pieces and we do not sell to end customers. Because of that a first order needs one of two things sent on WhatsApp: your visiting card, or your GST number. Three trade references, firm name and mobile, only if you already buy in the Ahmedabad market; a buyer new to Ahmedabad is asked for none. Priyank checks the references himself. Existing buyers are never asked again. A first parcel is four designs, twelve pieces each — 48 pieces — and it is dispatched once the advance is received online. After that first parcel you order the way everyone else does, on the same thread.
Do I get a GST bill?
Yes, a GST invoice on every dispatch, without asking. The firm is KANYA CREATION, GSTIN 24AMLPG6314Q1ZP, B-88/85 Sumel Business Park 2, Kankaria Road, Ahmedabad 380001, Gujarat. Taxes and transport are billed over and above the ex-factory rate.
How does transport work? Do I get an LR number?
Goods go ex-factory Ahmedabad. Name your own transporter and we book to them; if you do not have one in Ahmedabad we book to the line your market usually runs on. The LR or docket number is sent to you on the same WhatsApp thread as the order, so the tracking and the invoice live in one place instead of three. Transport is charged separately.
How long until dispatch?
If the design is in ready stock and you have bought from us before, it is dispatched the same day. A first order is dispatched once the advance is received. A fresh lot depends on the work: khatli handwork on a frame takes longer than a digital print off the machine, and you get that cutting date in writing before we cut, not after.
Can I get a sample before I order?
What we send a registered buyer, free and the same working day, is photographs of the designs; fabric, work and stock are answered in that chat. We are a wholesale house and we do not sell single pieces. If you need to see the goods before you buy, the fastest route is to come to the unit — Sumel Business Park 2, Kankaria Road, Monday to Saturday — and we will have the current lots out on the table.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed in writing before we cut, on the same WhatsApp thread as the rate, and they are part of confirming the order — not something you find out after. Ledger, statement and outstanding questions go to the accounts desk, which is a different number from the design line — it is on the contact page.
Can I come and see the factory?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to end every other question on this page. B-88/85, Ground Floor, Sumel Business Park 2, behind Vanijya Bhavan, Kankaria Road, Ahmedabad 380001. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00. Send VISIT on WhatsApp first so somebody who can talk about your market is on the floor when you arrive.
